Organic Growth Strategy

"et après ?" is a digital solution (prototype) designed to mitigate productivity loss and emotional burden, through coaching, training, and expert content.
Launched as a final project during Le Wagon's Growth Marketing Bootcamp, this concept was imagined by Emilie Blanc and then refined collaboratively. Our team of four reworked the strategy and positioning, and designed a full funnel growth plan over the course of 5 days.
According to the survey published by CREDOC-Empreintes-CSNAF « Les Français face au deuil » (2021), 5% of employees are affected by bereavement each year, and yet 80% of bereaved employees consider HR support to be inadequate or non-existent.
For HR & Managers, we offer training sessions, expert resources, and a service management platform. For employees, we offer personalized coaching, a progress-tracking app, and access to a support community.
To fuel awareness and acquisition, we created a multi-channel content strategy, focused on webinars, SEO, LinkedIn, and lead magnets (white papers, newsletter, demo). We also mapped an organic growth loop with referral and retention levers.
Key outcomes:
We pitched the project during the final Demo Day with the goal of turning grief support into a new HR standard.
