I actively contributed to the launch and promotion of two strategic podcast series focused on HR and Tech topics.
Podcasts can be positioned as a strategic employer branding tool by aligning content topics with a company's key priorities. During my time at SAP, I actively contributed to the launch and promotion of two strategic podcast series focused on HR and Tech topics:
Enhance the visibility of SAP's internal initiatives, promote expert voices on diversity, leadership, innovation and resilience, and ensure branding consistency across all audio content touchpoints.
I designed podcast artworks, adapted to platform formats and social media.
I helped build multi-channel promotion strategies by featuring the episodes in SAP France’s internal newsletter (in collaboration with communications team)
I amplified reach via LinkedIn (SAP company page + hosts & guests) and supported project leads with post copywriting (hooks, hashtags, CTA).
Moreover, I managed communication with guests to collect bios, photos, and approvals for publication.
Finally, I handled episode uploads, following internal guidelines, and collaborated with global validators for content approvals and social publishing.
The first episode of SAP Women in Tech for France was a success on LinkedIn, with: 181 likes, 45 comments and 28 shares (geo-localized post).
